Excellent effort in putting these teaching videos, thank you very much! For those complaining such as too much talk, you need to understand there are thousands benefiting from this and we are all at different levels, perfects you already so great, you find it tedious. Sorry, it is not tailor made for YOU ONLY!

she forgot to mention or dont know if she knows that this technique really need strong wrist to push the shuttles down not elbow no hip no sholder not jumping like usual smash or power smash position. the power of the smash for thos technique really depending on the wrist strength. if your wrist strenght not so strong then no chance to get the quality smash. this technique can be apply in any situation and hard to master. this technique need good timing and perfect contact. if not your shuttle will flown straight or incline to the moon. for this technique your power of smash come from your wrist. yes the triger start there. believe me this technique normally master by professional china player like lin dan and cheng long. this is their secret weapon. lee chong wei dont have this technique. normally this technique master by singles player to change pace and counter attact. so before do this technique prepare your wrist as this can injured yor wrist if not. go find and analysis lindan or cheng long match then you understand what i mean.

What the fuck is with the people keep asking for a teaching video with real shuttlecock? We are here for the shot breakdown, and how to do it correctly. If you want to watch good smashes, then fucking watch Fu Haifeng's smashes. But you won't learn shit. What's the point if you can't even handle the basics?

I understand teaching face to face would require demonstrations without the shuttle, but for videos on youtube you definitely need to at least show a few shots with the shuttle. or else there is no context. also the teaching of this technique is over complicated, with repeated analogies with hoola hoop and power through legs, abs etc etc. Demonstrate the shot. Explain where the main flow of action is in 3 steps. Don't make it a 10 step explanation each time without demonstration.
