Coach Lee, you are looking in better physical shape now, than in your videos few years ago. Congratulations on this transformation. Would love to see video about your diet and how you made these changes. Thank you

Thank you for your comment. I did two things. Eat less in general and tried to not to eat after 5pm. And I did more exercise. I am on my half way, I need to lose another half to reach my goal. Thank you for noticing the change. Lee

Coach lee I can drop shot but, not very good. Any tips of how to do it better and also I need to learn how to do fast drop shots. Like the drop shot barely hovers above the net and it goes down like a smash but it’s slow so it goes to the front of the court not the middle. Not sure if this makes sense or not.

I did see your clip. I like your good concentration and seriousness. You need to do more footwrok practice and stroke drills. I think you can be a very good player. All you need is good qaulity practice everyday. Be positive and have big dream to be a outstanding player in the future. Lee
