arsen 1618 a great coach not necessarily have to became WC to became a great player. Many chinese and indonesian top player came from supervision of coaches, who never won WC. Sometimes player that won WC cannot teach and train others

in my opinion, it makes sense to start the training very early because of the temperatures in Malaysia. its very hot there, especially in the afternoon. but in the morning, when its still dark outside, the temperature is low, which is far better for exercising.

after 8 am its not suitable to do outdoor sport since it become hot & exposed to heatstroke. same goes to afternoon, 5/17 pm is suitable session since the temperature start to lower and warmer windy condition. not too hot
