wow this is such an in-depth view for the training. most badminton players only shared the multiple shuttle one. he has great attitude and able to communicate really well with the interviewers. i wish him the best luck for 2020!

I have a teamate before who has about the same attitude towards training just like him. At first it didn't make much sense that he would do a lot of extra work but eventually he just progressed so fast that no one was able to keep up with him.
