Can I wear ankle braces for 4-6 weeks after an ankle injury?
@BadmintonFamly
@BadmintonFamly 6 жыл бұрын
Yes you can, I would prefer to use white sports tape, it is more flexible than braces. Also important to use ice on the ankle to help the heeling on the injury. A good idea is also to use a balance board to strengthen the muscles around you ankle... Regards Thomas

Nice video. But I am very sad because I have problem my smash speed is too slow. I had watched many videos on smash so I improve angle & position of body but my smash speed and power of smash still remain same (slow). I am also doing wrist exercise but not having such result. Please tell what I do as a aggressive player how I increase power of my smash ASAP. Please reply ... 😐😊😊

We have some very nive videos on our channel who covers this, it is very complex to increase the rotation, many many things have to be in order to do it perfect. Remember finger power in most important the rotation in your forearm when hitting. Side to the net, arm way back, then move your elbow forward in then the rotation in your forehand ending up with finger power on the grip on impact. That should help you I hope ;-) Regards Thomas

How do you stop slicing the shuttlecock pls help
@BadmintonFamly
@BadmintonFamly 6 жыл бұрын
It sounds like you need to rotate your forearm more than now. If you hand a normal forehand grip the power comes from the rotation in the forearm, try that and see if it works ;-) Regards Thomas

Due to its stiff heel cap, elevated heel, high cushion, light weight and breathable front material. I like that. Rasmus
