Chen Long smash with deception, have you seen him do it? Chen Long is amazing at this smash shot. In this tutorial I will teach you the smash technique adding the deception. Anders Antonsen from Denmark is also really good at this deception smash.
But why add deception to your smash? This is to trick your opponent a bit when you smash. Just add a bit of a slice into your shot and the smash direction will be different, a really cool shot, hope you like the video🤘🏻

The clip from the head camera is so good please do more you can really see the rotation of the arm and racket so nicely thank you! I've seen a few videos of pro players practicing the net straight net shots that catch a net cord 5+ times in a row could you do a video on how they are able to do that consistently?

Hello Badminton Famly. Could you make a video on how to do fast, steep and sharp smash? Because I have tried many times to do a sharp steep smash, it still ends up a bit flat and not steep towards the floor (e.g. smash into the corner part of opponent's court during doubles). Thanks :)

Hello badminton famly, i face a problem whenever i try to play badminton and use some additional force my elbow mainly tricep muscle starts paining immensely and usually my hand becomes numb and i stop playing ..literally i use my left hand just to pull up or hold my right hand after taking rest it comes back to normal. If i play the following day the same time repeats itself..What are possible reasons for that may be, is it because of wrong technique ?

It would be better if you turn your bofy fully parallel to the shuttle and follow through fully to bring out the full potential of the deception.
