Sir please advice Mr Satish not to use artificial colour for preparing food . It is really harmful. Using red, yellow, & green colour for making the food attractive is very dangerous.

Please do not use Artificial food colors for Kabab and Ragi Mudde. Surprised very much for the first time to see using Artificial colors while making Ragi Balls. And nowadays it is very common to use Artificial food colors(Red) in Road side Kebab stalls but in Hotels like this serving Authentic and traditional food should never to use these harmful Artificial food colors. The side effects are 1-Hyperactivity, including ADHD. 2-Behavioral changes like irritability and depression. 3-Hives and asthma. 4-Tumor growth (three of the primary food dyes contain benzene, a known cancer-causing substance). 5-Cancer 6-HYPERSENSITIVITY, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN 7-Negatively impacts the functioning of the liver and other vital organs 8-Interfere with the digestive enzymes that our bodies produce to help properly break down the food that we eat 9-Increases intestinal permeability aka “leaky gut” 10-Linked to respiratory disorders, such as asthma and bronchitis 11-Negatively impacts nerve cell development 1-Red No. 3 (Erythrosine): A cherry-red coloring commonly used in Kebabs and Guntur Chicken Fry; etc.. 2-Red No. 40 (Allura Red):A dark red dye that is used in Kebabs and Guntur Chicken Fry; etc.. 3-Yellow No. 5 (Tartrazine): A lemon-yellow dye used in Chilly Chicken with Gravy, Chicken / Mutton Biriyani Rice, Khuska Rice bath etc 4-Yellow No. 6 (Sunset Yellow): An orange-yellow dye in Chilly Chicken with Gravy, Chicken / Mutton Biriyani Rice, Khuska Rice bath etc

@@maruthi-ve3dt For Natural colors use Turmeric and fresh Lemon Juice 1-Natural Red Color : Mix some Fresh natural Lemon juice to freshly ground Turmeric Paste. 2-Natural Yellow color: Just use Freshly Ground Turmeric Paste. 3-Natural Green Color: Use Fresh Leaves of Palak; Methi; Pudina Leaves Bring a large pan of salted water to a running boil. Dip the Palak / Methi / Pudina leaves into the pan and let it simmer for 3 minutes uncovered. You will see the green of the Leaves deepen. Switch off the heat, let it stand for 2 more minutes. It is important to boil and let it stand uncovered, and to follow the timing exactly. Strain the Green leafy Vegetables using a large sieve and turn it immediately over into the bowl of chilled water. Watch the color pop! If you don’t feel like clapping your hands at this stage, you have a heart of stone. Later just strain all the excess water and grind it to paste you will get natural deep green color. I bet without artificial Harmful colors the taste will be natural and superb. Many a times when i use to visit Dhabas I would request them to Prepare Kebabs with just curds, natural red chill powder, salt, turmeric, lemon juice and some garam masala into freshly cut chicken. And the taste was Awesome every one of our friends liked even the Chef and Waiter appreciated the taste.
