Yes, I had my 2 ruptures a year ago 7 days apart. I was a top leader in my company working 65 hour work weeks to not being able to work at all. Being a total social butterfly to scardy cat. Now suffer with anxiety and depression and been diagnosed with Hashimotos and Ceiliac disease. I have had to accept I am no longer the old me and embrace what I can do. Which I can cook really well and can knit, things I couldn't do before.
