You are so clever. I purchased my dear Jane book. I am following you. I do not know if I have a quilt in me. You have been so generous. You make it look doable.

What a Treat your series is for my perfectionist soul!🥰👏 I wish sooo much that you would produce a similar video series but with a modern quilt design.

Wouldn’t your writing of the block label (like a2) count as noting the directional?

Bought Row A, my question is you said that block 13 is modified but is not showing the modification in the booklet.

Yes - block 13 is modified without showing it in the booklet included in the kit. The next video for blocks A7-A13 discusses that in detail.

So in case i missed it, are these pieces not labelled in any way?😬 and if theyre not, what is the advatage of buying them, couldnt you just trace them?

True, the pieces are not labeled at all in the kits. This was a primary reason for making these videos. And yes, of course you could trace and cut them out yourself, but for me it was about accuracy and time savings. The amount of time it would take me to trace, label, and cut out 225 - 4.5” quilt blocks was daunting to even try to calculate. The laser-cut precision of the Paper Pieces kits also ensured that I would have straight lines and sharp edges with their high quality paper. For me, it was worth the purchase. I would not have made the quilt without the papers, and I would not have made the papers myself. Everyone is different though, so you are welcome do that yourself. I hope that my assembly videos might help when you’re ready for them 😁👍
