wards & banes are being dropped this season so dont go too mad hunting them all for final builds. You only need some pieces with it on until the higher tier mutations where currently the full sets are the best... until the changes xD

First off, I have to thank you so much for this video. Thanks to this, I can have a balance in my healer build, but I also wanted to ask what is the most healing that a healer can do in this game my highest is 2,027, and I'm wondering if there is a way to do more healing on allies. I currently use your healer setup, and it has been working perfectly for PVE which is what I focus on. If there is a way, can you please make a specific video about how to get the most out of your healing, including perks and attributes? I already know you dedicated much time in this video to the healer part, but it will be nice to have a more detailed explanation while using the abilities in real time. thanks again

Thank you for putting this together! Just a couple thoughts: 1. Im relatively new to the game but I have done every expedition multiple times at base, m1 with some m2 without any ward gear. Id say for the base dungeons and m1/2 you don’t need ward gear. Will it help? Absolutely! And if you want to climb you will want it. But understanding how to do your role/how the boss mechanics work will be much more important. I guess what Im saying is your metaphor is maybe a little to harsh for the basic levels of the expeditions and someone wanting to try them out can do so without them in my opinion and be fine. I agree with you once you hit higher mutations though! Also, for tanks, the new aritisan shields added in season 2 may be bis (excluding the old legendary shields) because they all have perks you can not craft normally on them. Or have two perks in the same category with the round shield. Great video and it was a fun watch!

Baggins question if you have other weapons say the sword with the leadership perk unlocked do you need to have the sword out to have it to proc or can you just have it equipped?

Baggins has about 50 more attribute points than me at level 60 with the same food. How do you get more attribute points if I’m wearing all 590 equipment? Does upgrading 590 equipment give the item more attribute points? I can’t find an exact breakdown of max attribute points and exactly how to get them.

I am newly back to game and would love to know what you mean by corrupted gear, etc. I know the dynasty wreck area for instance. What and where do I need to get my gear score and corrupted resistance up? I think I am 570 after a week and a half of playing. I use rapier 20 and Musket. I know it isn’t min/max so if I were to change weapon to heal staff and something else how do I quickly level them up? Is there an easier way to grind it up? Also do you have a discord? Had no idea the end game would get so gear-specific to do anything worthwhile. I'm only a few weeks in and pretty freshly 60, slogging through the desert area with sub-par gear. Good game overall, but think I'm done with it until all of that changes. That is just a ridiculous amount of gearing to do for every situation. Probably check back in in a year or so, maybe they'll have improved the situation.

In regard to gambit vs rally i think, ESPECIALLY with the spear, gambit wins with absolutely no contest. You have 100% control over your stamina bar and not nearly as much over your health bar; additionally the spear passive where cooldowns are shorter upon a successful ability use after dodging synergize super well with that, constantly refreshing your skills CDs and maximizing gambit uptime

I tend to go 250 dex, 165 STR in that scenario just because with dual-stat weapons, the stats don't scale evenly (90% primary, 65% secondary unless it's a greatsword which are both 80%)

Best Solo DPS build in my opinion is bow, wiith all the dots, couple bugs and haste nerfs but its still good and you get to keep your distance

cheers, its a good guide for expedition gear at the higher levels. Im at just past fresh 60 level so have correct attributes & gear but the perks are garbage.. A quick video/written guide with the 5 best perks for each weapon & reasons why would be great aswell. I use str or dex so for example - the GA you talked about with the enfeebling or leeching grav well/mending execute, or sundering shockwave on hammers (unless solo & use armor breaker aswell?) Its a can of worms when i think about it all. I've not looked at any meta build guides but as a dps I like to have powerful finishing moves on weapons such as the (recently nerfed) Mighty Gavel, Sweeps 2nd hit or Execute. i thought reap is more for pvp ? I have a hammer with sundering & bleed on it, its not got any bane on so i tend not to use it often altho i believe its the best one i have. All weapons ive used so far have good uses in different situations.

I always take Splash of Light over Beacon due to the fact that 1. It heals the whole party, and 2. It is the only heal that doesn't require Line of Sight, so you can use it if someone is behind an obstacle but still in trouble.

Splash can be great for certain fights but I find that in 95% of situations my players are clumped ontop of each other, because of the ol' melee meta, so it just gets more value!

Just to let ppl know, the recomended tank build in the video is objectively wrong. In season 2 more than ever, stacking rend/weaken etc. is mandatory specially in trials. Whirling blade doest great dps, 15% rend and is much faster now. Theres no reason to not use it. Since u didnt even mentioned rend when u talked about the skill i guess you didnt knew it was buffed. Also for spears, ppl need to know that in trials u need builds that dont depend on skill bleeds and debuff since those do not stack. Perforate+cyclone+kick is great and has one of the highest dps right now (ofc 1 skewer build is still the best in any group, but specially in 10-20 man groups u need a non bleed build or u ill lose dps).

Now I remember better why I left this game, it is so complex that it ceases to be a game, especially the moments when I died because I could not trip over tiny stones. When it first came out, I played 350 hours and quit. Now I wanted to re-enter the game and play, the game is really nice overall, but whenever I go into pvp I get rid of a lot of bugs or people with better equipment. I tried to catch up with them, I entered DGs, I participated in Runs, but I really saw that there was no GOLD equivalent. The GOLD I got after a 5 hour Run did not satisfy me. i quit

@@dannymoontattoos Imagine you play as tank. You get a gearset to increase your health and threat, also resistance against some kind of damage, Slash for example. If you are facing a dungeon with a lot of fire, you would want fire resistance. Now, apply the concept of Ward gear. Ward gives resistance against Types of enemies. If you are facing Beats, Corrupted, Humans, Ancients etc. So depending on what Dungeons you want to run, you need additional gear sets based on those dungeons and the kind of enemies you are facing. Sooner or later you have 10+ gears sets you need to farm to be able to run harder dungeons.

When you hit 60 look for the ecrs..elite chest runs. Make sure you have unlocked all the fast travel points before that. There may be a video at there or a reddit post w all the jargon people use for where the raid is going next to open the elite chests. The new raid feature should help you see people on the map. This will help you bump up your expertise for each gear and weapon.

The tempest heart quest baggins mentions gives great corrupted gear if you complete the dungeon. Lazarus is an ancient ward dungeon that may be an easier expedition to start with. I have also seen people run garden of genesis through the first boss because the chest gives a guarantee expertise bump i believe. They run up through the first boss over and over again daily. That may or may not be what you call fun lol. Look up the expertise system for after you hit 60. Good luck! Our understanding is the system will be simplified in the future. 😂

Worst game ever exist still not sure why people even login in. Before some casuals were crying that New Wield it's free to play so that is a reason now with pay to win aspects in game that coming I'm curious actually what reason will be to play there since game it's boring mechanics are broken content it's so bad that make you laugh. No mounts no dynamic combat just 3 skills for neglected braidead, blind animals to testing in some laboratory since human need more that 3 clicks. Man this game it's totally rubbish with chest run around map since that how you getting yours gear points, I'm.not sure but if someone run around and by opening chest every day for many hours maybe can get bored and for canr say that is playing mmo game. Please or change every mechanic in New World, Rebuild progression system and simple let people that for any reason love to play this small map and boring even gathering resources game choose different game with real fun for example best game in entire genre of MMO Black Desert Online. Just for a while look at bdo, play there and you got it really fast what is fun in mmo.😊
