Hey everyone, thank you for stopping by my channel to see how I do the baggy method on my end. I've been doing this baggy method since getting my bob cut in march, and it's BEEN WORKING AMAZING! I went to the salon and didn't really "need" a trim because my ends were perfect from moisturizing and sealing nightly and doing the baggy method. Applying a plastic baggy to the ends allows me to retain way more moisture to my ends. My ends have been doing great, and I can see a real difference with my hair and maintained a lot of length before I decided to trim off more hair three weeks ago. The baggy method is now a STAPLE within my regiment that I wish I would have started doing sooner. There are a many different ways that the baggy method can be done so do what works best for you!

@neemasaruni4608 I try different things depending on how my hair is feeling. I use coconut oil summer/spring, but Castro oil doing the winter. If I go swimming, then I tend to use Castro oil. But oil sheen may suffice if my hair is very conditioned already. It depends how my hair is feeling which is the oil I use. Btw, I use hair (oil) products for my scalp. The oil I use for my ends are usually from the grocery aisles since the oil is to keep the hair ends from drying out (sealing) and not moisture

If you would like to wash all the chemicals out your hair. Wash your hair with baking soda to get back your natural hair. Then use petroleum jelly on your hair from roots to ends to retain length. This works for all hair types. I do this and I'm going to start including this baggy method. 💚 For more information about using baking soda and petroleum jelly, there's more videos on KZbin that discusses their benefits and how to wash your hair with baking soda successfully. If you prefer straight hair and you have naturally curly hair, try a silk press instead of relaxers or perms. 💚

YOOO. YOU. ARE. A. LIFE. SAVER. I have been keeping my hair out and my hair is natural. but have been neglecting the ends where they get really dried out like the desert and um... my ends just fall out like a heavy snow day during combing as a result. Thank you so much. I am going to try this out ASAP.

Great idea! When I do an oil pre poo overnight before wash day I put on a plastic bag under a satin slap. Adding a moisturizer on the ends first makes sense.

You can also spritz your ends lightly with purified water when it's extra dry/been out in the sun BEFORE you add the hair lotion and seal with oil.😁👍

Awesome. I've been using Olive oil, Avocado oil and pure virgin coconut oil on my hair for 30 years. I sleep with it with a nylon hair cap. It works wonders. I was born white with My So. Italy/ African descendent hair.. I wear wigs to protect and keep it growing...It's just dry amd just a big frizzbomb , I usualky kerp it cut short or shaved...👍👍👍💖💞💗💕💗

👏👏👏brilliant. Did this when I was natural but didn't think of incorporating it into my texlax regimen. Makes a lot of sense. It's like a hot oil treatment for your ends during the week. 👍

Thanks this was so helpful! I’ve been really trying to find a way to stop my ends from looking frizzy and curling up. They are trimmed so maybe they just need more moisture. I’m going to try this method when I moisturize & seal👍🏾

Thanks Megz for this; I was doing so good with my natural hair; bleached/colored in January and was slowly falling off taking care of my ends; just got a huge trim last week and I feel like my progress was a waste but thanks to you since I got my trim and my ends are good; I’ll try this baggy method going forward and record my progress; thank you so much for educating for both relaxed and natural! I’ve learned so much from watching you over the years; #brastraplengthismygoal I was so close 😫
