Hi Crystal, great haul! I ordered two mystery bags about 6-8 weeks ago and had a similar haul as your second bag. I didn't receive the Rico yarn, but got some Hobbi Amigo chunky , some nice cotton (I forget the brand) and some R.H. Soft in leaf and off white along with 8 balls of the Caron colorama in blue raspberry and a crochet hat book. All gorgeous! I'm glad I took a chance this year as past years did not interest me. Just ordered a surprise pack! My first one ever. I'm so excited! I got a bit nervous after I ordered cuz I saw several comments that said they were on back order.. I am thoroughly enjoying making your hats for me family. My son is so excited to have one that not just a plain stocking cap. You would like the one I made for his Christmas present. I used the Big Twist Super Nova in the Terraformer color, beautiful browns and creams. It is done in one of your recent patterns but I dont remember which one. It has horizontal ridges and vertical ridges. I only knew single crochet and double crochet before finding your videos just as I restarted my knit and crochet after 2 decades off. I never understood crochet or how all the stitches turned into the beautiful patterns I wanted to make. You showed me exactly how in a way I could easily follow. Now I am not intimidated by any crochet patterns because I know how the stitches work. Thank you!

Wow!! Oh my gosh Crystal. Thank you sooo much for the shout out, for your support and for watching my videos, it's very sweet of you and that was so nice of you to say. First thing I noticed in today's video was the different dresser (both are very pretty) and the couch seat was missing. Yes, I watch all your videos. :) sometimes I don't comment on all of them but I try to. That sale was really good. You got some great deals and those mystery bags recently have been a great value. I went back to try to get this last sale but I was too late. After the last 2 mystery boxes I filmed unboxings for I went back and bought 2 more on 11/15th and they were really good too. I got almost the same yarn that you did but I didn't get the blanket yarn. I got some bulky yarn, soft cotton yarn and Red heart soft in leaf color the larger skeins. It was nice that they included those pattern books and stitch marker pack. I was thinking when I woke up today and saw the thumbnail of your video that I should probably film those last Nov mystery bags I got from them, lol... then I thought maybe it's too late to film it since so many months have passed. After that order when you released the poncho with the Ragg yarn I went back and made an order of that yarn to make that poncho. It's on my long list of items I want to make :). I've been really busy with work training and some work deadlines I have....so I took a bit of a break from filming KZbin videos during December and only filmed a few things but there is a bunch of yarn I bought in Nov and Dec that I haven't filmed unboxings for. ❤❤ I love brown, blue and those reds.. the black and tan look really nice together. It is great to see you and that you are continuing to do yarn unboxings and yarn review videos as well. The Super sonic beanie works up very fast. I used some unlabeled bulky yarns I have to make it and donated them to the folks out in Western NC. Thanks for all your hard work and I can't wait to see what you have planned for 2025.

I made a nice hat with that white yarn, they sent me that same yarn in red and I combined the white and red to make a nice beanie. Oh I just checked the mystery bags I ordered in early Nov that I filmed had 8 Caron halo colorama cakes and the 2 mystery bags from 11/15th that I haven't filmed had 4 colorama cakes per bag which are great deals, that more than pays for the mystery bag. I'm so glad you got such a great deal! I'm thinking with 6 or 8 cakes it's more than enough to make a blanket or cardigan/pullover sweater. I agree 100% these were the best Mary Maxim mystery bags I've ever gotten. :)

When I saw the Mary Maxim mystery bags, I stopped watching your video and put in an order at Mary Maxim. I was disappointed to see that the mystery bags on on backorder, so I highly doubt that I will get anywhere near as nice of a mystery bag. The books made me get excited as well, especially the 3D one. I'm happy for all of the people who received such fantastic mystery bags. I just wished that heard about them sooner. I appreciate that you also now include the ounces in your yarn reviews, because I am a septuagenarian, and I don't understand yards, meters etc. You'll be happy to know that the code you provided still works. Hi Crystal, love the color of your cardigan. You have to get some of that Pouf yarn from Purl Soho, it's amazing so soft with the Alpaca and wool. I'm hoping my friend will get me more in the color high tide. There are some really nice brown colors too. I got it during their anniversary sale but, regular price for 50% Alpaca and 50% highland wool from Peru for $20 is not bad. Love the colors on the Heartland yarn. I made a hat and cowl using Lion Brand Hometown yarn. Love those blue halos
