I just made this gorgeous little dress. My wool I think was too thick, so the dress looks bigger than that for a newborn, BUT, I don’t care. It was my first time at doing something like this, and your video was SUPER easy to follow and I am thrilled with the result. You could try going up a hook size, like for e.g. if I'm using a size H I could instead use size I, J, etc. Maybe try experimenting with crochet hooks
