I agree! I just started my second Christmas throw this summer. I like not having the time pressure stressing me out, I just work on it when I feel like it, and can put it down for a while with no anxiety to get it done quick!

In making the Christmas stocking, I think you might want to consider using a red for the heal, toes and top trim sections. The black might take the focus away from the holiday colors.

I think the black works for Christmasy..Santas belt and boots, Frosties hat and buttons made of coal☃️☺️ Stockings filled with goodies would make excellent gifts for family and friends, or even Secret Santa gifts for someone who may not otherwise get anything! 🎁🎄
