nah, most Filipinos are Quadri or Penta-lingual (national + regional/'dialect' + English + other parent's language/'dialect' if both parents are of different languages/'dialects' + work (eg. if they are OFW in non-English countries)/interest language (eg. b/c of anime or Kpop they pick up Japanese or Korean).
