A short run through of a Bagua training practice. Improves leg strength, hip flexibility and builds a martial foundation. I refer to the eight as postures in the intro, but more accurately they are stances.

There is another series of 8 stances balancing on one leg that is even better (worse)! I'll see about posting that for you.

Thanks for asking. The names will vary but I know them as 1 False Stance, 2 Horse Stance, 3 Bow Stance, 4 Drop Stance, 5 Closed Stance, 6 Half Horse Stance, 7 Crossed Stance, 8 Dragon Riding Stance to Resting Stance.
