Hello Melda. Thank you soooo much for the tart recipe. I like to bake cakes and breads, but was never sure how to do the crust right for tarts. Well I watched your video and become ambitious. The measurements given are for an exact amount. Thank you for asking, NP. The dough is a mixture of heavy/flakey and you could use a 10" pie dish for this. Happy baking my friend.
