#goodSTUFF 😋 Stew conch is one of those meals you can eat anytime of the day, don't let it be leftover- that is the business! I remember growing up, my grammy had me browning the flour and I thought that was torture! But now, I see how important that is. On one of my many trips to Cat Island, I was taught how to cook stewfish outside on the fire, and I was soooo excited; and the stew came out solid! 🙃 These types of videos, makes me so proud to be a Bahamian, even if it just from the viewpoint of my belly! 😀😀😀 I have never tried cooking it with the ginger, and I think that it should add a different twist to the taste. I will definitely try that out. 😉 Continue to keep up the good work, and keep the videos coming! 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Old school FL Keys was a bit different. Garlic powder, thyme was not available, and crisco type cooking oil as well. Fat back, or lard was often used. The Yankees came down and spoiled everything!
