I remember you saying that the plots in bahria town must be expensive, yes they are, plot prices can vary from 60 crore to more than 100 crores. But they can be considered cheap compared to certain plots and apartment prices in Karachi. Apartments and plots in karachi can easily cost much more. Karachi plot prices can easily get more expensive than Islamabad which is the most developed city in Pakistan. You can also find more reasonably priced plots in karachi too. The reason that plots and apartments in Pakistan are Soo expensive because Karachi is the business and manufacturing hub of Pakistan. Islamabad and bahria towns (note it's towns) are built for residence.
