100% agree. So powerful - he is different to Joey, maybe less technical but he blew the roof off. Still more to come from this band now he’s joined, he considers himself a “leaner” . It takes a lot to play those songs back to back like that, there’s a reason why they didn’t play some of those so often last few years.

Admittedly, Eloy is the best drummer Slipknot have had since the beginning (although I loved Joey), but he's far more precise, technical and powerful. It's nothing to compare, just look on youtube. His hitting is by far the most powerful. He arrived just when Slipknot needed him. I can't wait to hear him on the next album.

It takes an insane amount of stamina to play 10~15 songs at this intensity in one night.
