A real down to earth person Mr. Sabu Johny. I also got a chance to meet him at EVM Kochi when my friend Mr. Joby Moyalan went to buy a BMW X3. He had a chat with us for half an hour and even came down personally to show us the SUV and explained us the features of the car like a showroom Salesman will do. Very humble and Jovial in his talks and behaviour.

I had a bad service experience at Evm Maradu in 2018.I own a Ameo .I was having a regular service and kept the car two days there .The next day ,to my surprise when they handed over the car,it was not water washed ,and as a bonus gave a scratch to my car also...Anyway after the complaint they did a good service...So if service can be well coordinated and taken care off it will be fine..
