This is my absolute favourite workout to tone + shape the HIPS, WIAST, and SIDE BOOTY AREA. This workout will target areas sometimes called SADDLEBAGS, HIP DIPS and "MUFFIN TOP". I don't like using those terms because they encourage negative self-talk about our bodies. Still, this quick workout will help to shape + tone those areas. You can do this without any equipment, but for some added resistance try using some light 1-2 lb ankle weights.
