This is my absolute favourite workout to tone + shape the HIPS, WIAST, and SIDE BOOTY AREA. This workout will target areas sometimes called SADDLEBAGS, HIP DIPS and "MUFFIN TOP". I don't like using those terms because they encourage negative self-talk about our bodies. Still, this quick workout will help to shape + tone those areas. You can do this without any equipment, but for some added resistance try using some light 1-2 lb ankle weights.

I have a pear shape body and anytime I do leg/thigh workouts I find them soo challenging! Hoping to see myself get stronger with this one! Thanks Bails😘

This one is insane. I died. Thought my ass is prepared for that after your 5min 5 days but nope 😂 especially my leg died! Not even the ass 😂 but I'll keep doing it! One day it'll be possible without a pause. Thanks for all the videos and especially the one without jumping because I couldn't do them because of my ankle joint. Greetings from Germany!
