Tamaryn’s “While You’re Sleeping, I’m Dreaming” is one of the greatest & most badass songs in history. I’ve listened to it countless times, but just realized while writing this how similar its guitar riff is to that of Bailter Space’s “Now I Will Live.” (And I guess one could throw MBV’s “Honey Power” into that discussion as well, though kiwi ‘gazers Straitjacket Fits would be more apropos.) I saw B-Space & Tamaryn live in the same New Orleans club 14 years apart, and got to talk with both singers...
