@ who…Tony Jeffries? Precision striking? Fight camp? Nobody needs lessons on how to hit a heavy bag or proper shadowboxing. Yankello breaks down each and every movement and sows and explains with another man right in front of him. I’ve never seen such a detailed breakdown and explanation from anyone other than Yankello. They are all one dimensional and vague. If you don’t understand every movement you are doing and how it relates to the opponent it’s bad teaching.
