Sparsh system should be closed/stop, All' pensioners and family pensioners are in great trouble, , Somany mistakes are in sparsh profile, Individuals are sending so many complaints through online and offline for correction of mistakes,eg spelling mistakes in pensioners name, spelling mistakes in spouse, , wrong date of birth, wrong adharcard number, wrong PAN card number etc etc, These mistakes happened only due to migration to Sparsh, It is not the mistakes of individuals, Individuals are in great trouble for correction of mistakes which is created by record/ pcda/ sparsh, And moreover they are asking so many unwanted costly documents li like magistrate / court affidavit, Adharcard,, Pancard, passport Highschool certificate, Ex service ID card, Discharge book etc are sufficient for correction, Then why they are asking unwanted documents and why they are troubling the pensioners/ family pensioners, ,So do the needful as soon as possible

Dear earlier when cppc work for us esm presidents visit cppc provide black and with supporting documents as proof.we got success in alloting the esm arrears as well as their entitled pension.now the sparsh is not doing it in time manner there by causing difficulties to esms for their exact pension.i am speaking boldly bcz I served as esm president and did social work without expecting anything from our esm community.all u tube channels provide so many bogus things.shall we become prey for them.pl think.i respect honest and dedication on party of our duty in providing the esms right.tk.u
