These are bright because they are floodlights, and not DOT certified headlights. There is a difference and they will blind oncoming drivers. They are definitely the best look though.

I bought the hogworks copycat version. Worst mistake ever, riding down the road at night and the headlights turned off completely!!!! Stay away from hogworks copycats guys!!!!
