I have no problem finding neutral, and don't need firmer faster shifts.

Seems to be great for racing but fortunately I don’t have trouble finding neutral or race

I have my linkage a justed to very little sloppy and the shifters straight level to push down front and back to shift much easier.

Kool channel Whts the best auto insurance for motorcycles you feel I have a 19 roadglide is full coverage necessary? Do a vid on tht

That's not necessary. All you need is an aftermarket shift linkage and you'll be fine. Even with this you will occasionally have to roll the rear tire in order to find neutral. A billet aluminum shift linkage from Amazon will work fine. I removed my rear shifter, I hated it. Always remember to shift firmly so it goes into gear every time. Better oil will also help with this. Castrol Power 1 full synthetic.

I have aftermarket shift linkages on both bikes. There is play in both of them until I put EZ shift on. If you don't have one then there is no way to understand the difference. Shorter shifts is what you want!
