Interesting, i always imagine my amber lights being aligned with my driving lights , only providing more close up coverage... Never really thought about long range beams ... I guess i would take the large spill with spot and have some aimed low for regular driving and some aimed straight for off road...

I also have their combo lens in factory Amber, the only reason I went with spot for Baja is that the rigid d-series only have the spot pattern for their Amber pro line up.

I’d go for amber pro. Not because it’s less bright, but that beautiful orange amber is amazing. 🤟🏼

I do think both rigid and Baja have very similar color tempersture, just one is lot brighter so it looks a little less amber

@@4WDisLife I agree. It’s slightly shifting the color

I have been looking into led lights for bad weather conditions. Some things that I would like to know in your tests. Do the lights get hot enough on the lenses to melt snow(Diode Dynamics, Baja Designs, Rigid, Auxbeam, Colight)? Besides the SAE fog lights, can we test these lights in a snow storm, fog, or rain when the time is right? What is an added aux light that will assist the fog lights and will reach further in bad conditions without adding more glare? Would love to see the tests and what the results are. Thank you so much for the videos!

I’d like to see a comparison with the fog lens on all lights. When you turned the diode dynamics lights on everything else looked a lot dimmer…but I’m guessing it’s because the others have a spot lens

If you flip the rigid mount around it sits lower. It sits a lot lower with the mount backwards but you don't have as much vertical adjustment this way

Ahh. Didn’t even know that’s an option but great to know! Thank you!

Would spot amber light be good in fog?
@4WDisLife4 ай бұрын
I’d think so because it has the sharpest beam?

@4WDislife could u do another review on Lasfit - sport series entry level or HP series brightness level off-road 3” pod lights? They have wide beam, driving light beam, spot, and flood.

I have done one I think two years ago, four lights comparison.

Sir u r pulling rigid by ears finding good reason to consider them. They are good! But! They cannot go VS Baja Designs!!! Full stop! Bajas are the only extra light manufacturer for offroaders!!!!
