Iska comfort kaisa hain. Matlab telescopic suspension ke taraha comfort deti (TVS jupiter) hain yeha usse kaam, yeha ki (Activa 110) jaise bohut uchal ni wali uncomfortable ride deti hain. Please bolna jarur.

Charging stations are only constraints as they are not plenty everywhere. This is only convenient when battery swap options or removable battery options comes by Bajaj. Our infra is a big issue

Great review as usual. I just have one little disagreement at 6:50. Bajaj is not the first scooter to have regen braking. Every e-scooter and even every e-cycle has it. Unless the manufacturer deliberately wants to omit it(which I haven't seen any so far), it's there in some level. I have seen my meager ridge+ soc rise after I went downhill for a long ride, in fact I took that hill ride after taking the regen into account, without which I couldn't have returned and completed the trip. What Bajaj has done is to display the regen at work on screen, which is really a good feature and will motivate people to use it to their advantage.

Ah good point. Although the Regen may get activated when u brake not when u coast like here ? Did you actually see bars rising on your ridge when u went downhill on the ride ? It’s hard to gauge with bars.

We know for a fact that Ather has not implemented Regen while cruising or taking your hand off the throttle.

In case of Ridge it's actually pretty strange. When you let go of the throttle it keeps on coasting until u start opening the throttle again a little.That's when regen happens. That's also the reason why it lags a little while re opening the throttle after a slowing down. I do take advantage of this however and always keep on opening and closing the throttle to maximize my range. I can feel the regen happening by the deceleration and also sometimes the bar going up. The Okinawa like many other Guessometer( nice name that you guys came up with bdw) just straightaway denotes voltage rising up or going down by the bars..so when regen feeds some current back to the battery the bar increases.

Okinawa praise has regenerative braking which slows down automatically when u release throttle on slope or when u apply brakes.

If on the go if accelerator csble gets stuck lets stay when u r at 60kmph n now u cant apply brakes i think. So does it have kill switch to be life saver in such event ???

I have test ridden TVS iQube. It's good in mant aspects, but I felt the materials used are of cheap quality. Even the luggage hooks are as if they will break within few months..So can't say how good the internal components are. Ride quality was good, good suspension, enough storage for full face helmet.. but their navigation (like NTorque) is useless.

@@jungkook34 Agree.Dont know why a Maximum 100 km range scooter need nevigation. It just increase the cost and delaying the EV adoption. 70-100 km range. Good build quality. 3-5 year battery warranty. Only drum brakes.( low speed so disk just not necessarily needed). Cost within 80k to 100k . This is what indian most consumers needed.

And as u go on increasing the energy density of the batteries the prices sky rockets. Tesla joki sabse badi electric car maker hai usse toh kuch monopoly nai chalana, par uski sabse sasti car joki 35000$ mein bikti hai usko banane mein 28000$ lagte hai. Batteries are expensive atleast for now and no new revolutionary change in the battery technology has been seen in the recent times so either buy it now or later price more or less bohot kam nai hone wale Aur future savings ke baare mein socho u r saving 6-7k per year on maintenance alone, 3 unit electricity(which costs around 20rs) mein approx 90km ka mileage, pura ka pura price toh tumhare petrol savings se hi cover ho jayega aur environment benefits alag.

City flyovers are no issue at all - 4 kW peak power is more than enuf. Since we did not feel the left biased , there is nothing to say right? We hardly felt it.
