Guys I bought Chetak EV more than 11 months. I've been suffering from day one and till day the issues are not resolved. Once the sale of the product is done they don't care for customers. Guys, seriously think before you invest your hard earned money on chetak

The vehicle is good but I'm not sure why the showroom guys are least interested in giving full details of the scooter and convince customers to buy Chetak. Had this experience in Wakad showroom as well as Wakdewadi showroom as well!!!

Same experience in Wakad showroom, try the Swargate or Sinhagad road one. Both of them are good.

Please think about before buying this scooter Chetak leke muze 2.5 years ho gye..abhi tk warranty mai around 40000-45000 rupees ke parts change kiye hai. No doubt eski build quality bahut badia hai..But sirf bahar metal ki body hone se andar bhi achha hoga jaruri nahi hai na… Aaj to scooter le loge..but eski after sales service bahut bekar hai. Ye log gadia toh bech rahe hai but service centre nahi increase kr rahe…mai pune mai rahta hun..edar toh bahut kharab halat hai..normal repairs ke liye 2-3 days bolte hai but 7-8 days tk gadi nhi dete…udhar khud jakar unka follow up lena padta hai bcz voh call hi nhi uthathe… Aapko try krna hai toh Wagholi(Pune) service centre mai call krke dekiye. Aaj bhi vaha service centre mai more than 500 scooter padi hui hai. Agar insurance case hai toh 1 month tk gadi nhi dete… Ye sb aapko jo gadi long term use kr chuka hai and usko problems aa rhi hai vahi hata skta hai. I successfully wasted around 150000 rupees😅

Riding ather rizta z 3.7kw with pro pack.. none can come close to what ather offers on ride handling, speed , practicality and on and on.. and have done 4000km in past 2 months .. the best electric pratical scooter ever in ather rizta and if u want something sporty go for ather apex.. 😊

Varun himself looks in a lot of confusion with all the variants he missed spelled 2903 and had to re edit it. This happens the earlier names or urbane and premium were better. But the major issue people are facing is with Bajaj service the service is very poor. Also they said the cost of service for EV will be less but the service centre charges above 1k anyhow for a regular service.

I own a chetak my take is stop worrying about range if your running is upto 30 km daily no need of tech pack there is no use .buy a electric vehicle for there drive experience you will stop using any of your petrol vehicle .in electric vehicle chetak is on top as after service build quality comfort.

I bought the bike 1 month back but there is gap between the headlights and TFT when asked they said it's common in all bikes, there is sound from front tyre, range is only of 97 when asked showroom guys said it's common in all the bikes it's only been 1 month since I bought the bike but they are not responding correctly I bought it from Raj motors Andheri who can help me in this issue

The after sales service is atrocious. I have purchased it on March this year. Due to main bty problem it is with royal motots kottayam. Since 7 nov. Complaint no is 2094653. To my queries the email reply is the team is working on it. The problem svc station say that the bty has to come from pune. How much days will it take to despatch from pune to kottayam (, kerala) will anybody belive it!
