Bajiquan it should really considered practical, useful, efficient, surviving, and no wasted movement and art of Kung Fu.

yeah but bajiquan is one of Kung Fu, it's the trademark. and remember kung fu is not all about fighting. its to let yourself into the Zone~~~~ (at least for me, dunno about you)

Thanks! Kai Men Baji Quan literally translates to 'open-gate eight-extremities fist' but is known this way because it was the style used by the Emperor's bodyguards in China.
