@@ricksegallactor Really.. the way you felt for KASHI's character despite of the efforts the director had put to glorify that forbidden love of basically two adults acting like teenagers is note worthy (that too being from the opposite sex.. men are sometimes known to be insensitive) Kashi was a classy and very considerate character who didn't stoop low however the situation was around her.. It just spoke volumes about you 😍

The fact that priyanka stood behind in a film where she didnt share the title and played the second lead shows her confidence in her craft.. She is the best of what india will ever have.. The first lady in 2000s to give a superhit in a female centric film with 'Fashion'.. The movie is a little stereotypical in some things like homosexuality and bad actors in thr background.. But boy!!! That film in total is a gem.. Its about the struggle of a model in the industry.. Her ups and downs.. You must check that out

I thought her character went through the biggest development because in the beginning she was very loving wife, but at the end she was very hurt and devastated, but her love for her husband was still there. I love the scene where they were trying to kill Mastani. It was ground breaking. Also because when Bajirao finally saved her... You see Kashi's face... The sadness.. The conflict.. Turmoil to do the right thing..protecting her husband's honour of love and family. Priyanka was epic in that scene... Not a single dialogue all through her face!

@@nirabhra-neel9863 3 guys on bachelor's doing adventure sports. Skydiving/deep sea diving/tomatina on screen was something new for Indian audience but is regular for Hollywood fans. We like to think sky diving as "zindagi na milegi dobara" but it's a regular sport honestly. Also the little message it has is not as fascinating for foreigners as it is for Indians. They might've again seen better movies in the same genre in America with much deeper conclusions (existential crisis etc). 128 hours, Into the wild, the Revenant etc. They didn't like it as much in it's trailer reaction as well. They were thinking it's probably a rom-com because they didn't feel anything special about what was going on. Reason, it's not new for them. It was something new for Indian cinema but isn't new for Hollywood movie goers. Couples have been doing skydiving in Hollywood's flop rom coms since ages. You remove the adventure sports from the movie, with just the message it gives, rest of the movie becomes pretty boring.

As usual the reaction details are amazing.. But I liked Priyanka's character more.. She got less dialogues, but the way she expressed every feeling with her eyes that was so beautiful.. At the time when Ranveer was madly playing in water wanting to see Deepika, she standing right behind him and knowing that he is going to die and that he is still not wanting to see her but Deepika.. Godddd you will feel all her emotions in her eyes, she nailed her role as Kashi.

Kashi (in real life never met Mastani)..Kashi was a royalty they wouldn't have met considering how strict Bajiraos mother was (so director has taken huge liberty to show they danced together..the current day family of Bajirao had objected to it a lot for inaccuracy).

If you loved the director Sanjay leela Bhansali then you should watch few songs from Mughal-e-Azam(1960) and you'll know where does Sanjay gets his inspiration from. Mughal-e-Azam is just not a film but a film school itself. The trivia alone of Mughal-e-Azam could be a movie itself.

khushi sharma SLB made Bajirao too melodramatic almost like a Saas-Bahu Serial without properly showcasing the True Valour for which he is actually known... It's like making a movie on Netaji and focusing only on his love story with his Firangi wife and just mentioning about his freedom fighting in the sidelines
