Gustavo Santaolalla, the guitarist and leader of Bajofondo, won an Oscar for composing the score of Brokeback Mountain and also is the composer of the music for The Last of Us. He's a genius

This song has the composition and arregement of Gustavo Santaolalla, another genius and one of the fathers of Argentina rock in the 60´s and bring some sounds of the tango and the "black and white" atmosphera of Buenos Aires. You can see a bandoneon, the former tango instrument.

"Bajofondo Tango Club" is an argentinian/uruguayan band that plays tango fusion (tango modernized with electronic, rock pop and jazz influences). Their leader is also called Gustavo (Santaolalla last name, pronounced Santa-Olasha) you can see him playing the black guitar next to Cerati. He is another genius that even won two Oscars for best music score in "brokeback mountain" (2005) and "babel" (2006).

The Bajo Fondo band has.members.from Argentina amd Uruguay. Both countries.have.very similar.people, since they even have.similar.accent, drink.mate, love asados or.Bbq, have.tango, and are great at football, they are like brothers, but their own distitinctive differences. Even though we latinos like them both, we.can deny they have a more special relation. Greetimgs from Panama.

If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend listening to Bajofondo. They play a unique style of music that blends traditional tango with electronic elements. The group is comprised of musicians from Argentina and Uruguay, led by Gustavo Santaolalla, who has won two Oscars for his work in film soundtracks Brokeback Mountain (2005) and Babel (2006)
