Using the Bakcou Grizzly electric scooter to go deep into rocky terrain and primitive trails, if you are interested in bowhunting, fishing or getting way back into the woods as quietly as possible. The ability to stand up while moving over rugged trails without peddles adds confidence and stability. It's light enough to lift over downed trees & trail obstacles. On steep hills with loose rocks or leaf cover, peddling may not be an option even with a high end mid drive ebike. This scooter shines in that situation with ability to walk besides it with a power assist mode, no bar to hurdle, maintain standing posture able to step on or off the platform. A 2 1/2 hour hot summer sweaty hike through rough mosquito filled trails to set up a trail camera became a one hour fun adventure using the Grizzly scooter. Thanks Don, I'm loving it. I think if I had non stop steep hills, I'd get a mid drive ebike, however, for what I'm using it for, I'm very stoked. Will make a few more videos using it.

It's great, as long as you don't have steep hills. For flat farm country, it's unbeatable.

It seems like hills are no problem. That’s my biggest concern. Don’t need to go super fast but I’m tired of walking lol

Moderate grade hills are ok, but if you have lots of steep hills, I recommend a mid-drive peddle ebike which will give you extra power. I have mostly flatland, so the few steep hills are no problem for me to walk besides the scooter with the power assist mode. I'm very happy with the scooter so far. A few buddies have purchased cheaper non-hunting e-bikes such as RadRover & BeeCool (about $1700), also "hub drive motors" and with the racks and bow-holders, are very capable hunting bikes. I'm tired of walking too! lol Good luck!
