Baked bacon in the oven is best for Christmas

An incredibly easy recipe for incredibly easy bacon to make in the oven.
A fantastic dish for every day and for holidays. We always make it for Christmas.
Ingredients:
A whole piece of bacon with skin, about 1.5 kg, we had
the bacon was soaked in brine for a day, so we don't salt it anymore, if you don't soak the bacon in brine, you need to salt it well and set aside.
4 - 5 tablespoons of ketchup
3 - 4 tablespoons of mustard (e.g. sarepska)
