Baked Chicken Nuggets | Everyday Food with Sarah Carey

Is there a kid out there who doesn't love chicken nuggets? Mine sure do. (Confession: So do I -- especially when they're homemade.) Luckily, I've got a recipe for baked chicken nuggets that are just as crispy and even more delicious than anything you can buy premade.

Recipe Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
1 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
Coarse salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
Cooking spray
Honey Mustard or Spicy Ketchup, for serving
For dipping sauces:
Honey Mustard -- Combine 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons each mayonnaise and honey.
Spicy Ketchup -- Combine 1/4 cup ketchup; 3 tablespoons spicy chili sauce, such as Sriracha; and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.

I used two eggs and I didn't really know if I could use the thick pieces of chicken I had. I sliced them into smaller pieces, I didn't want them to thick. I thought they would be not fully cooked. They were good but bland. I think next time I'll add some seasonings. Thank you, it was an awesome recipe.

Dumbed recepie for INDIANS It shoud be full of spices. And salt. And then deep fry this into cooking oil. Then this will have some INDIAN taste
