It’s amazing!! I didn’t mention in the video to place it under the broiler for a couple moments about 2-3 (keep a close eye so it doesn’t burn) and you are guaranteed a crispy finish like in the video 😆

I made this tonight. My wife is NOT a cod fan. As a result she wanted me to cook her a much smaller piece. The result was my piece was cooked nicely but hers was overdone. Important to keep all the sizes similar. It was tasty! She wants me to try pan fried next time....

Hey, thanks for stopping by. So I had the oven preheated to 400 about 15-20 mins before I started. then I let that cook for 15-20 mins to cook. During the last 3-5 mins I placed the oven on broil and let the top become a golden brown. I really hope this helps! 😌

I apologize for that, so the green garnish is just rough chopped parsley and the reddish/brown bits you see on top is just the browning of the breadcrumbs that happens naturally when you place it in the oven on the broil setting. Hope this helps 😌

At the end of the 20 mins I do place the broil setting on for about 5 ish mins it’s really and eyeball kind of situation! But honestly that is my process.
