I used wholemeal flour and almond milk. You can use oatmeal and almond flour however you will need to change the other ingredients to compensate. I haven’t experimented with that just yet.

use erythritol sprinkles instead, 0 calories. also swap the flour for oat flour at about 90% the weight for the recipe. comes out at the same calories but has about 10 times the nutrients and doesn't change the flavor.
