Beautiful recipe will try soon..Suppose u make in the morning and have to serve at night, should it be freezes and warmed later at same temperature?

If you are serving at night...then you just assemble the kunafa and store it in the refrigerator...dont freeze. And bake it only at night.it doesnt take long to bake...the kunafa is best wen its freshly baked.if not the kunafa dough absorbs all the moisture and doesnt stay crisp.

Hello, I usually make kunafa on stove top. By flipping the sides. This time I want to try on my combo microwave oven. It has grilling, convection and microwave together. Can you please advice me which mode and how much time kunafa will take to cook? I can't choose the temp. For grill mode. Thank you 😊

Hi.unfortunately I have never tried baking the kunafa in a microwave oven. I dont think k it will work too. The kunafa should get baked and get a golden color on the top.

You can make it by blending pistachio nuts and condensed milk together.add a little of green color to get the bright green.

Yes you can assemble it and keep it ready.but don't keep it for too long.thr noodles will soak up the moisture and it will not turn out crispy
