Bristi when you pour the hot cheese onto the plastic to cool, micro plastic will surely contaminate the cheese. So got to find another way to do this. Need to find a surface that isn’t plastic. Remember all plastic is highly unstable even to mildest heat. Please do not use any plastic to store wet food or use as ladles etc. You are consuming carcinogens.

No doubt recipe is really good but after all this leanthy process we only get 4 to 5 slices out of 1.5 litres of milk.. Expensive hi parega market se. So not worth it

Not really.ghee will not give it the milky taste.use butter for best taste.butter has a more milky taste as compared to ghee.ghee is ok for Indian cooking,
