"Mother Turkey" ? No, is this a joke ? Why do then Bosniaks brandish the noble medieval Bosnian flag with the Golden Lily (zlatni Ljiljan) that originates from the Bosnian Kings who were defeated by the Ottomans?! Why then not just waving the Turkish flag directly? Or maybe is it just you? Be proud of what you are, without sticking to another Nation's boots ! You can love Turkish food (or others) without crawling at the Sultan's feet...

@@yemekkitabi something you perfectly understood. If not, go to school. What's your problem? You prefer a Bosnian translation?
@drytoon15073 жыл бұрын
@@yemekkitabi No worries Nilay. And yes, what you say is true. I personally appreciate Turks as a lot of other nations amidst whom I have friends and colleagues, but I can't stand when some Bosnians consider Turkey as a "mother Nation" because Ottomans brought them Islam. Or at least, I'm ok with that (I respect all opinions) but then they should be consistent with their convictions and not say "Mother Turkey" while raising the historical Bosnian flag the Ottomans precisely forbid 500 years ago. I hope I didn't hurt you. Wish you the best

Most of Rumi in English is grossly mistranslated. Most of his original poetry is just about Allah, Quran and Mohammad, very conservative and almost extremist. But the translator, an amateur non certified Persian translator, removed all religious elements. So the Rumi you know is not even the real Rumi.

Hello Refika from Australia, I love your video and the recipes that you shared with us. I want to ask a question regarding this recipe (kunefe). My question is about the cheese that you are using, because every time I visit the cheese factory to buy my cheeses (mostly italian cheeses), they have a sign that says "raw cheese". When I asked information about the product to the shop front/cashier only thing they said is that usually Middle Eastern - Turkish-Greeks buy this cheese for sweet dishes. Can this cheese be the same that you are using? Thank you. 😀
