INGREDIENTS :
1. Potatoes 4 Large (In Wedge Shapes)
2. Olive Oil 3 Tsp
3. Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
4. Onion Powder 1 Tsp
5. Tomato Powder 1 Tsp
6. Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
7. Salt 1/2 Tsp
8. Fresh Parsley, Chopped For Ganish
9. Dried Rosemary 1 Tsp
Recipe:
1. Take 4 large russet potatoes , washed properly and cut into wedges.
2. Line a large baking sheet with butter paper or lightly grease it with olive oil . preheat your ven to 425 F.
3. Take a large bowl toss the potato wedges with olive oil until evenly coated.
4. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 mintues, flipping the potatoes half way through, untill the potatoes are lightly cooked.
6. Remove from the oven and put in small bowl , add the gralic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder, dry rosemary powder, salt (as per taste) , tomato powder, parsley then mixture over the potato wedges and toss until the potatoes are well coated.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 mintues , flipping the potatoes half way through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy
8. Remove from oven and let the potatoes cool slightly, garnish with chopped with fresh parsley.
9. Ready to serve and enjoy the delicious and crispy taste of potato wedges.
