For the recipe we need:
600 g of mushrooms
250 g of minced pork and beef
150 g of yellow cheese
3-5 cloves of garlic
Soy sauce
Herbs to taste
The recipe, like most of my recipes, is quite simple:
First remove the legs from the mushrooms, chop finely and add to the minced meat.
Season with soy sauce (30-40 ml), add spices to taste and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater
Prepare a baking dish, put mushrooms in it, fill them with stuffing and sprinkle cheese on top
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes
