Baked Vegan Donuts, Gluten-free Recipe

Baked donuts are so much better for you. These donuts are so simple to make, and they taste absolutely delicious. These are my kids' favorite, and I hope you will love them too, enjoy!

Baked Vegan Doughnuts:
Yield: 12 doughnuts
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup dairy-free milk (used oat milk)
2 tbsps. vegan butter, melted
2 tsps. vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Glaze:
3 tbsps. powdered sugar
3 tbsps. cocoa powder
3-5 tbsps. dairy-free milk (used oat milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. vegan butter
For the Strawberry Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. crushed freeze dried strawberries (fresh strawberries, or strawberry jam will work too)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsps. dairy free milk (used oat milk)
rainbow sprinkles, optional
* you will need a doughnut pan
* bake at 350 F for 12- minutes, or until tooth pick comes out clean.
