Hi Maria 🙂 Yes you can ! You can take this recipe, and divide that big dough ball into 9 pieces if you wanted to. It depends on how small you want the pizzas. There is no limit on any size, and what I would do is roll the dough out and bake a few of them on a pizza tray but - only for about 5 minutes or so. That way you have enough heat to make the dough puff up and take shape, and then when you really want to eat them, you can add your sauce, cheese and toppings and then back into the oven to brown the crust, and melt the cheese etc. My time on that pre-bake is an estimate. If you really want to test a good time, just pop one into the oven and then do a test with a little timer just so you know exactly how long to pre- bake. I hope this helps ! Hi Jodi 🙂 That's an easy one ! You want the water warm enough that it feels really warm, but not boiling, a great way to test it is with your finger. If you can't put your finger in the water it is way too hot ! You want nice and warm and that's it, that way you know you won't kill the yeast ! Can I use the same recipe replacing all purpose flour with whole wheat flour?

Hello, yes you could. The dough will be much more dense, so that is something to keep in mind. I would try it with 75% whole wheat and 25% all purpose just to lighten it up a bit, but try it out and see how it goes. Thanks so much for watching ! 😊
