This was soo delicious! I only had two very ripe bananas which was more than needed bc it was still wet in the middle. Not your fault bc I cooked it as I cooked a roast and a casserole so it was bc probably due to that. We ate it anyway and was delighted! Will make this again and again! Very easy! Thank you for sharing this great recipe!❤️🫵🏻

These were delicious. My new go to for banana muffins. I also made the bread at the same time - not so good as it was in the oven for 30 minutes over the allotted time and still not baked.

You can stir - IF - it is slow. You can never ruin it, what you are most likely experiencing is crystals in your caramel. Simply take a little brush with water and wash down the sides while the caramel is hot... you can also close the lid after doing this - this will create steam and in 20 seconds the caramel is back to normal. Don't toss it out ! - it can be saved !
