Other potential factors pertinent to this case could be: danger to the community, nature and severity of the crime, flight risk, and amount of evidence at the time of her arrest. By the nature of her threats and her past behavior she is obviously a danger, I would say repeated insinuation of execution and then openly threatening to murder people is a pretty severe crime, since she has a passport she could potentially be a flight risk if she has ties to India (based off of her name) or another country, and the evidence is pretty overwhelming and concrete I would say. So a high bail makes perfect sense in this case. I’m not seeing any reason why they lowered it.
