That is some gold mine information! You can get real lucky in the right scenarios. I've seen guide prices be way off by 80k plus. So underwriting the right deal is a winner. Abit if a gamble though.

Excellent video Ranjan. I have quick couple of questions. When do you approach auctioneers to enter into underwriting strategy? Do you need to have conveyancer or solicitor ready to do paper works for underwriting agreement? A bit more details in this area would be very useful. Thanks a lot.
