Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
1/4 cup milk
Bread crumbs (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add the softened butter and mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.
Add the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses to the mixture.
Gradually add milk and knead the mixture into a soft dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Shape the Balls:
Take small portions of the dough and roll them into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat them evenly.
Fry the Balls:
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the balls to the pan.
Fry them until they are golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally to ensure they cook evenly.
Remove the balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve:
Serve the cheese balls warm with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara, ranch, or even ketchup.
