She loved this gingerbread house. It started a whole conversation about the word Patisserie. The black guards on the windows another. There were screams of delight when you piped all those chocolate cookies. More questions when the Lady fingers were piped and how was she going to put that cake in there. Forgot about the questions if anyone lived upstairs and how did they get the wreath up there.

Wow! Hani, this is just to beautiful to eat. I wouldn't let anyone touch this. I would use it for a display at Christmas. Just to beautiful. We are moving to our new house tomorrow. Thank you Karen. Yes icing has a lemony taste. You can play with how much lemon you add, I add quite a bit but you don't have to. You can substitute some or all of it for water, or use other extracts with lemon, like almond, vanilla, they make for a nice flavorful icing.

gorgeous! I have a question though... I use the same piping bag a as you for my royal icing but sometimes when Im piping the icing comes out of the bag it curls out in stead of flow. it does it when I'm piping thin lines. is my hole to small or icing to thick? I tried loosening the consistency but then its not a fine line. Please answer. I LOVE watching you videos
